  • Age discrimination is an unfortunate reality. Seniors offer great value to any company.
  • @MrBoydgo
This guy is so incompetent and arrogant. He should be sacked. What a disgrace.
  • Age discrimination is alive but actually the best employees are the seasoned and experienced workers!
  • She's been reduced to begging for a job by someone who feels privileged and superior. This happens more than we're willing to admit.
  • While waiting for a job interview at Boeing, the HR person came out and in front of everyone yelled, “I want them young and cheap!” I was selected for an interview after yelling back, “That’s discrimination!” I was not hired but felt stronger bc it was their loss since I had many years prototyping/‘manufacturing aeronautical electronic devices and mechanical components. Every project I worked on was a success even though there were times I had 27 projects at once. I also had government clearances.
  • IF ALL CEO'S WERE LIKE HER WE WOULD BE VERY SUCCESSFUL IN EVERYTHING INCLUDING EQUALITY AND PEACE
  • This depiction was much better. And I loved the way the undercover CEO handled him - her professionalism was epic!
  • Companies should be more careful who they put in charge. Their business depends on it.
  • this is how managers treat people outside their narrow self image, they employ people who look like them.
  • @1tommyday
Isnt just rude. Him actually saying the words is illegal. Sue them.
  • I would have hired her regardless. Very rude and childish manager. Age doesn't define our abilities.
  • Even though this is a skit at best. The reality is that there are CEOs and workers who behave this way.
  • I worked for over 40 years with a very world wide respectable company as an territory manager. When I retired December 2021 my former managers treated me like they would never wanted me to go. Super awesome management. They recognized my talent and my experience no matter how old I was. As a senior person now all I can tell is that, my younger peers always looked for my point of view.

I wish to be able to publish this segment to the world , because unfortunately every body is good to receive their check at the end of week or month but they don’t even care about the quality of work that they provide to businesses that help them to put their food in their table. Very amazing lesson .

Years ago my wife and I were told to leave a NY men’s clothing store because it didn’t appear we could afford anything there. We were there on vacation and I wasn’t wearing the clothes I normally did at my job as an aeronautical engineer. Their loss.
