A good short story is a gem. This story was good. It kept my attention. It was a story that flowed, encompassing much, with magic and elegance. Thanks for keeping the dream alive.

Very good story. Very enjoyable

I would love to read or hear Seth's journal.

The three words I always dread hearing "far from over" unless it's at the end of the story which it never is and often it's repeated numerous times.

It's a good plot and well written - obviously the most important things. But it was also free of intrusive spelling and grammatical mistakes, and the robo narrator worked well. The second half had rather a lot of exposition in it, and it would have been nice to have a more personal perspective of those galaxy-sweeping events, but that's always easier said than done.

Stop saying "indomitable will". Every one of these hfy stories goes off on a rant about it.

You repeat yourself to much, most of what you say doesn't progress the story. Learn to proofread not only to check your English but to see whether or not what you are saying is illuminating a character or moving the story along. This is tedious. Good Luck, I'll keep checking in. Thanks
