I agree with the chef; if you want a quick meal on the go, get a burger or a sub. If you want sushi, go to a sit-down place and let a chef make it for you fresh.

I like how he rates the sushis without giving any sympathy points. No 2 star minimum, goes as far as giving negative stars. Also tells you he's a professional who knows his flavors.
