    Love these workouts. The pace is unhurried yet the workout is real! The music and counting is hypnotic and calming; a total opposite to all the hyped up yelling and cheering in typical American workout videos.

    I'm definitely going to try this. I have tried so many other videos where the pace was too much and there were too many knee raises/knee lifts and too many leg kicks that my leg muscles got more tired than my abs. Thank you. Will try this.

    Love it ! I started last week and had a muscle aches after two sessions! Those exercises looks easy and gracious but they will make you sweat! The slow introduction to every stretch is very good for me .I’m your age and wish to be fit like you . Xx

  • ...Una ocasión🤔 leí en un comentario lo sorprendida que estaba y decía: "cómo pueden hacer el ejercicio y no reírse o cómo le hacen para no sudar" ... Y cuando duele el ejercicio, uno se ríe y también sudamos, bueno pues mi respuesta personal para mí, es que aquí en mi pueblo los fines de semana comemos o cenamos burritas, pozole, taquitos, pambazos, tamales, tortas, quesadillas, uff 😱😱😱😱!!!! Pero cuando es entre semana, le damos duro al ejercicio 😌para consentirnos nuestros antojitos mexicanos jajaja 😁😋, es nuestra costumbre, y estas chicas no consumen estás cosas como en mi pueblo jeje, ¡¡¡Yo termino bañada en sudor !!! 😰😰😰 Pero muy efectivos los ejercicios de estas bellas mujeres, saluditos a todas y todos los seguidores de nuestra hermosa instructora Jungdayeon 👍🤗
