How To Start Intermittent Fasting

Start by eliminating snacks. Focus on 3 solid meals a day and no snacking in between.

After 3 days, or if/when this is easy, go to a 12/12 Eat/Fast schedule.

12 hours of an “eating window”; 12 hours of a fasting window. NOTE: fast means NOTHING - water, sparkling water, green or black tea, black coffee. No “zero calorie” anything. No lemon. This is known as a "Clean Fast" and is THE most effective
