they should make it where if you bring 100 flowered pikmin to the mamutas they just clap happily and give up their treasure without a fight so i dont have to murder them

In Pikmin 2, I think the reason Wogpoles were ceiling traps was to emulate them being sucked into the cave after you opened it
  • @SuperOriginal
fun fact: according to Olimar's notes in the Pikmin 4 Piklopedia, the egg that the Smoky Progg hatches from is in fact a MAMUTA egg!

The instinct to immediately kill the Snitchbug comes from the pre-existing knowledge that they not dangerous, but instead actively waste your time. Yes it is satisfying to pluck new pikmin sprouts... Old ones that got planted against your will, not so much
  • Another thing about the Creeping Chrysanthemum in Pikmin 4, they have a lot less noticeable disguise. In Pikmin 2 they had their eyes open all the time so it was extremely obvious to see him, but now in Pikmin 4 they have their eyes constantly closed and only really open them if a Spectralid steps on its eyes So now it really is a mimick enemy.

29:12 i think it’s because you have the brace boots equipped, they prevent the captain from being blown away and being “sucked” in a enemy
  • It's weird to describe fighting enemies like Porquillion and Wollyhops with rocks as "cheesing" them, when you wouldn't say the same about Fiery Blowhogs and reds or Anode Beetles and yellows. Rocks have a hazard immunity, plain and simple. It's not cheesing to use it.

I really like that the Peckish is the only enemy to interact with the charge function. It'll stretch its legs to avoid the attack and stun most of your squad, leading to 3 deaths

I would love a nature documentary of how these things love their lives. No matter how good or bad they are, ya just gotta love em

Wog is a slur in british english, but if the brits can still say the F slur because "it means cigarette" then we can still call the frog guys Wollywogs
  • @jollythewolf4998
Another positive in pikmin 4 with the withering blow hog is that it runs in fear when you use ultra spicy spray and move towards it
  • The reason you didn't get sucked into the greater jellyfloat is probably because of one of the upgrades you buy preventing you from getting knocked off your feet. You can disable your gear in the menus.

I was really sick today and watching this well-crafted and narrated video helped in me not thinking of the horrible pain I was in. Great job dude.

I feel like the pikmin 1 emperor bulblax should've been higher on the list considering he can wipe out your entire team with one attack if you don't know what you're doing.
  • @shaidreamcast5141
Bulbmin and Spektralids in the same tier feels really off. Sure Bulbmin are helpful, but as an enemy they're usually pretty tough, especially in Submerged Castle where you don't have Purples
  • @That-guy-THE-604TH
The reason why wollywogs were renamed is because wog is a slur. Edit:thank you all so much for 134 likes (:

You can actually do the night missions without spawning the Smoky Proggs by finding their eggs and breaking them before they hatch. Fighting one or none is better than two or any.

I feel bad for completely butchering the first few phases of Sirehound via full squad of glow pikmin (I had yet to use a single glowseed and thought the final cave was a fitting occasion)
