  • What amazes me is that whenever somebody falls into the Backrooms, the first thing they yell is always "Hello?" and not "How in hell did I even get here?"

I can't wrap my head around how good this just was. Ending was perfect. This deserves unending applause man GOOD SHIT

How to avoid falling in the Backrooms! 1. Don’t live in the 1990s 2. Don’t be the cameraman
  • @da_boi
i love the fact that the character actually speaks to himself to show what’s going on as if the footage will be found and recovered, not many channels do that, most of them just keep quiet and emotionless
  • @daniilfilms
I like how you’ve made this version of the backrooms look alot more “destroyed” I mean, Years of people falling in, Making small little bases, And dying would’ve done damage to the backrooms itself.

That's what's scary about the backrooms. The notion that you could at random fall into an alternate dimension of corridors, strange rooms filled with traps and monsterous creatures of all kinds.

The trope of ball rolling out of hallway, the POV kicking it back, and the ball coming back at a scary speed never ceases to terrify me.
  • The scene where the ball was thrown back to the camera after he kicked it toward the shadows genuinely scared me. It gave me a deep dread in my stomach and I physically flinched when the ball was thrown back. I love it.

"who'd build all this for no reason?"...exactly! Great acting! Love the realism you brought to the genre. I love all the different styles creators bring to the backroom series and this is just another fantastic take on the backrooms.

The moment with the basketball was so scary dude. It's the moment you realise you're not alone in this place. Really good job !

3:49 "When Stanley came to a set of two open doors, he entered the door on his left." 3:54 "This was not the correct way to the meeting room, and Stanley knew it perfectly well"
  • I love it when found footage includes visceral frustration like 7:05, most actors are super calm in the Backrooms but I like to think this is more realistic
  • @LuxDream
LOVED the shadow mixed with the POV. It actually FELT like an actual person was there recording and not just a camera with no body. That element really adds to the realism and for the first time in a while I actually felt IMMERSED in the video! Keep that up! It’ll do wonders for future videos!

I loved the use of seeing actual people in this one! Things like the carcuss, the shadow of the camera man, and the movements of the camera for say things like the man moving the mattress. Also the props added in the environment to give a story. Additionally that ending felt unique, in comparison to other ones seen. Being able to see the camera man's face (even if briefly) was nice!

Computer generated. Interesting though. The rag doll effect of the rigid-body hitting the ground breaks you out of suspension of disbelief. It's hard to get something like that right in a computer.
  • @EchoTheBat.
Imagine if there was a modern version where when they enter the backrooms they already know where they are and start panicking that the backrooms is real and now is must try to escape.
  • @darkyelox
That cliffhanger is brutal, loved the way he behave like a real lost person in the backrooms, felt natural
  • @Quikostdreggs
I love that the camera has to re-adjust to the sudden light change (of course it does). I would've forgot all about that detail, had I been editing this one. Having the character carry a prop with them and reintroducing it was a refreshing touch.
  • Боже... Это так отмосферно, обожаю вас, вы так посторались зделать это видео❤
