ICJ to rule on SA's case against Israel

Africa's latest application for more provisional measures against
Israel for its actions in Gaza.
Last week, the South Africal legal team argued that Israel is guilty
of genocide for they way in which it has killed Palestinians in Gaza.
University of Johannesburg's Prof. Hennie Strydom says the point that
South Africa presented was the prevention of humanitarian aid from
reaching Palestinians, which he says it's a strong argument.

If someone is kidnapped in his own house and the owner of the house resists for 70 years, finally, because of the cruelty of the abductor, the court decides to confiscate it, not to the abductor but to the owner of the house. See the sinner and the innocent with the same eye. This is the height of injustice.
