I love that the Grumps can play a game about one of the most disturbing things a person can experience and completely avoid any of the bad stuff through sheer impatience. Honestly it’s kinda therapeutic.

The title, in katakana, is actually "hitokara", which is a shortening of "hitori" and "karaoke". "Hitori" means "one person" or "alone", so it is simply solo karaoke. And the PKE meter (mentioned at the end) measured psychokinetic energy, which is what the initialism stood for. Additionally, bananas are technically berries because the botanical definition of a berry is a fruit produced from the ovary of a single flower. That last one is unrelated to the video.
