More information in 16 minutes than 10 years of seeing doctors. Health care reform begins with Dr. Berg.
  • @mrbogardmusic
"Instead of going out and getting a test, it's much easier just to take B1 & see if you feel better..." I NEVER thought I'd hear an American doctor say something like this! This man is what we need! Keep up the good work, common sense, honesty, integrity, & logic Dr. Berg!!!! 🤙🏼🤙🏼

I can honestly say in ALL my years of trying to help my son deal with bipolar, ptsd, etc and then my type 2 diabetes and artery issues, NOT ONCE have my doctors tested me for vit deficiencies nor my son. As soon as I came across Dr. Berg's channel, my son is off all the deadly battery of medications and it's night and day and I'm still working on getting clear of my issues. It's getting better and better and the B1 and other B's was one of the biggest differences. Dr. Berg's information is literally saving my life and my sons. I cannot thank him enough.
  • It's really disturbing and dangerous that regular doctors and nurses are missing all of this nutritional information about vitamin deficiencies. They give more and more drugs with a long list of side effects instead of fixing the vitamin deficiencies. ☹️😥💔
  • I'm a registered nurse and I could just binge watch Dr. Berg's videos. I love being refreshed on our anatomy and physiology and I always learn something new. Our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made by our Creator. Thank you Dr. Berg for all that you do.
  • Vitamin deficiencies is a real thing! All of my heart issues have been directly related to low iron, magnesium and potassium. It’s insane how easy of a fix many of our symptoms are if you do not have any serious illness (or even if you do)! Take your vitamins y’all
  • Started taking b1 100 3x a day after my Dr recommended it and oh my god the difference. I didn't understand how people had energy to go to the gym, now I have the energy to exercise. I feel like I can think more clearly, I have don't feel so foggy, my anxiety has dropped completely, I'm sleeping better, and I just all around feel like I can get on with my life. It's still crazy to me how lacking a single vitamin can have such a huge impact on your life. Highly recommend it to anyone suffering with fatigue. I went from doing the bare minimum because of energy restrictions to cleaning my whole house going to work, and still having energy to do a workout after.
  • @friend501
B1 really helps, but it may keep you awake for a long time if you take it in the evening. I had to learn this the hard way, anxiety stopped, but lack of sleep caused other troubles. Simply taking it early in the day completely solved this problem and the benefits persist.
  • I'm a 64 yr old retired nurse and I have suffered from anxiety, depression and chronic insomnia all my adult life, I drink a lot of coffee. So I'm off to try this b1
  • I thought I was going to die. So many doctors. So many tests…. Not better. Almost a decade of this I’ve suffered. About 5mi ago I woke up and could hardly walk. Sudden sciatica pain that was unexplained. Debilitating. We did an epidural that didn’t help and then a nerve block. I finally let the gastro doc do all the tests I’d avoided and at the end he said I was perfectly fine but had a severe b-12 deficiency that a recent h-Pilori infection had made worse. I got my first shot and the next day I could see sound and hear color. I was absolutly amazed. I’m happy I’m not dying and looking forward to my next 7 shots but then once monthly for life. He said I can’t store iron and can’t absorb b-12…..so with b-12 shots he’s hoping I’ll store iron and get my red count fixed.
  • @Norwegiansteam1
I’m 72 and I have learned more about my body in the one month I have discovered Dr. Berg than my whole lifetime school, doctor visits etc. I recommend his channel to everyone I know. Not only do I want to enjoy a healthier life I want my family & friends to also! Keep up the good work my friend.
  • @MrsJAZack
He deserves a Congressional Medal for Nutritional Motivational Speaking! Such an inspiration, Thank you Dr. Berg!
  • Literally 2 dr’s and no help or diagnosis. This guy is a freaking gem ❤❤❤
  • I actually have Every symptom that you mentioned regarding B1 deficiency. So I think that I have finally found the solution to my health issues. Thank you so much Doctor Berg.
  • @Givemebook
Wow, that’s a lot of bags of information never knew B1 was that important?
  • I am a college professor & a competitive natural body builder. As I got past 65, ALL of the symptoms you mentioned, and I mean ALL of them, started showing up. The docs gave me a pill for each one of them. The latest is my memory. At 65 plus, and knowing and dealing with people attacked by dementia, scares the living hell out of me. Thank you for the information! Great presentation!
  • @catballou5304
My life is outlined in this video!! I am starting B1 supplements as soon as I can. I hope this is the answer to the chronic fatigue and exercise intolerance I've experienced for the past 10+ years. And I've tried everything! So glad this video popped up. Thank you so much Dr. Berg - this was a great education!
  • You did not explain the recommended dose. Telling us to take 4 pills a day is meaningless if we don't know the dose of each pill.
