Nothing in 2004 was more hype than the time Jimmy Neutron would crossover with The Fairly OddParents... and then the two other times they would do it afterwords, thus creating The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour Trilogy! So today, let's take a look and talk about The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour Trilogy!

Thanks so much for watching! Which part of the trilogy was your favorite?

The characters switching art styles in these specials was the coolest thing to me as a kid.

The funniest thing about the whole crossover was the fact that no one had asked for it, no one even THOUGHT it could happen. But when it did it was freaking awesome.

As one of the animators who worked on this trilogy, I think it's awesome that it is still being discussed and appreciated all these years later. I worked on the original Neutron movie as well as the series, and working on Timmy in the first crossover was extra fun. Thanks for posting this!

Jimmy got to go out on a high note, meanwhile Timmy got beaten into the ground by Nickelodeon so bad that the show was almost unrecognizable by the end
  • @Keith_Norman
I love how Jimmy still believes that magic doesn't exist whatsoever

You truly had to have been there to experience the hype for these crossovers back in the day. I was fond of both The Fairly OddParents and Jimmy Neutron as a kid so them doing a crossover special simply from the pretense of the two lead characters having rhyming names was sick to me. Then they made two sequels and the rest is history. Truly an iconic time in Nick’s history.

In 2021, the most unrealistic part of any of these specials is the idea that you could eat out anywhere with 3 people for only $17.
  • I think what makes this crossover so special is not just the interactions between the two main characters of Timmy and Jimmy, but with A LOT of characters from both worlds interacting with each other. You had Sheen, Carl and Libby interacting with Cosmo and Wanda for a good bit, having Anti-Cosmo, Jorgen and Calamitous having scenes together was genius, and having the duos of Sheen/Carl and AJ/Chester being all together at once was brilliant! The writing of this crossover is HEAVILY underrated and really makes me miss watching this for the first time when I was younger…

This trilogy was literally the Avengers Endgame of my childhood.

The only issue I had with these specials is that Timmy, even in 3d, never looked liked he belonged in Jimmy's world. Something about his eyes being too big or something, he just seems off.

Even as a kid I was grossed out by Timmy's 3d design. The bulging eyes and the Joker-esque smile were a sickly combination
  • @Dtoons
I think it would’ve been cooler if for Part 3, they’d go into other Nicktoons
  • Our Boy Timmy the Turner was truly not meant for the Third Dimension, that really was some straight up uncanny valley stuff there.
  • You know what, no matter how far 90's kids express their "Nostalgia", I'm still a proud 2000's kid
  • @steveharper2463
Fun Fact: there was a Jimmy Timmy Comic on Nick Magazine from like 2006 or something idk, but if my memory’s correct Jimmy creates a dimensional helmet device or something that made him travel to different Nicktoon worlds including avatar, teenage robot, SpongeBob etc. But these crossovers were truly something special back then they were what the MCU is to most of us now. Shame that this really doesn’t happen anymore

You missed the subtle background detail of 5:11 where Mr. Crocker has a map on his wall of fairy sightings across the USA, and a map marking the same locations, only labeled “restraining orders” instead.
  • "Infinity War is the most ambitious crossover events in cinematic history..." The crossover: Jimmy Timmy Power Hour
  • This spin off series always made me wish we had other nickelodeon cross over shows,I guess the closest we'll ever get is the nicktoons unite
  • You splicing in the old commercial breaks for the ad breaks is something that truly sets you apart from most, top tier edits bro. That one detail adds so much nostalgia
