Regardless of your experience level, why would you go hiking alone? Why would go hiking alone in an unfamiliar area? (I don’t know if they’ve been there before) Why would you go hiking alone in a foreign country? Why are you hiking alone?!

The sad thing is. This is hard enough of an area for locals. Much less tourist.

You just dont go to a foreign country in the world we live in and especially hike off across a desert alone. God gave us brains. 😢

I hiked 500 miles across northern Spain. Temps were just like in Greece or even higher (it was in Aug), but I was younger and always well hydrated. And did it with a friend.
