But seriously, drop a commnent down below. How are we feeling heading into the final game of the year? How long have you been an Oilers fan, where and who are you watching the game with? Drop a comment down below are I do read every single one. And thanks for all the continued support guys, if you're new to the channel, SUBSCRIBE!!! Let's go Oilers baby!

  • This series has taken like 5 years off my life i swear to god.

As an old fart, it's so great to see younger people experience what old parts experienced in the 80's. You all deserve this soon much. We were spoiled. You battled through lean years. Go OIL!!!
  • Watching the team for 3 decades... it's time to write history.
  • I was very lucky as a young boy to be in Northlands Colleseum and watch Gretzky and Messier, and Anderson and kurri hoist the cup. This is the craziest run I've ever seen in sports. All sports. Make em pay boys. For every damn second.
  • Love your takes buddy. Mirrors the feelings of all big-time oilers fans. Love it.

I live in Beijing, China and am taking tomorrow morning off work to watch Edmonton make history.
  • I want to sincerely congratulate any Edmonton Oiler fan, even before game 7 plays out. There is strong evidence, IMHO, that the Oilers will win the last game. The Panthers would've already flipped the switch had they been able to and finished the series and won the Cup. Now the pressure is squarely on Florida and any little weakness sensed in the early stages of Game 7 will be exacerbated and exploited by Edmonton. This is the type of run a fan can only dream of, and as long as it isn't the Flyers, the Capitals, the Bruins or the NYR (I am a Penguins fan), I can easily be happy for the true fans of a team pulling this dream season off. The things McDavid has done, and the way Skinner has played, it's very easy to like and admire this Edmonton team. Starting 2-9-1, then going 11-0 in January... what a ride. So soak it in my NHL brothers who live and die Edmonton Oilers. Whatever happens, and I told you what I think, you've already earned your place in the history books, and very few fans, of any sport, can say they've experienced anything like YOU have this season.

I've been watching and cheering for Edmonton for 35 years. No matter what happens tomorrow night. It will be a great game, and I'm proud of out team. I look forward to seeing them hoist the cup. (im hopeful)

Thing most seem to have forgotten is before the season began. They were cup favorites for awhile. And the Connor Brown hype was real. Then we went and had that start which going from cup favorites to a laughing stock and Brown couldn't score for his life. All worked out in the end now and all the preseason hype might just come to fruition. Even Brown being a star we needed.
  • Well I'm a Canadian from Edmonton living here in the Philippines and I'm anxiously waiting to see the Oilers holding that cup. Even if I'm the only person here who seems to care about hockey.
  • We’ll done bro! Your passion is genuine. I hope the Oilers can complete the comeback and make history; something that will be talked about forever and be a legacy for hockey. Don’t pay attention to the haters and trolls - they’re by far the minority. Most of the country, and true hockey fans, are rallying for the Oilers. Great stache BTW, it gives Skinner’s a run for the money!
  • I’ve been watching all along, cherish this moment, and believe. Nothing is more exciting than where you are now, GL Oilers! -Avs fan
  • Bill Ranford came to my elementary school when I was a kid, got into them watching the 1990 cup run

My dude, I was 10 years old when the Oilers entered the NHL in 1979. Gretzky and the HOF players all drafted in about 2 years time. Unreal time, like many others have said, we were spoiled and didn't really know what we had. Then the 90s came and all of our boys left town. Don't forget everyone, we almost lost the team in '98. Then '06 happened, I don't even want to talk about it because it still stings. Many dark years, high draft picks and finally here we are. I couldn't be happier or prouder of this team and what they did to get here. Oil Country is simply amazing. I love your content and your work, thank you for doing what you do. Go Oilers!
  • @devipaduka
Watching from all over the world. Can't wait to see Game 7! But soooo nervous...
  • I am fortunate to have experienced the Gretzky Era and still remember it like it was yesterday.
  • @renegademan83
You should be eating your words about Connor Brown. He's built for the playoffs and he's doing just that.
  • We're chanting 'let's go Oilers' at the bars here in Detroit too, my friend!
