I am not a Box/Bag guy. I prefer to shop deals on Omnia, Tackle Warehouse, Discount Tackle, and a few other sites. Most sites are $50 for free shipping. I watch a few YouTubers unboxings like on your channel, to see what is new or different that I might be interested in trying. Once I know what I need or want, I then like to pick the brand, size, and colors of the lures that will work best for me based on the water that I fish.

February MB box is my 1st one ever. I'm going to see what's in the March box, but if I had to make the call based on the 1st one I'd be cancelling. The book that came in the box is mostly an ad, and the 1/2 the QR codes lead to 404-page not found on the MB site. I could deal with that, but the value in the box is mostly tied up in a super high end lipless, which is nice but you could have 4 that catch fish for what this hand painted dude goes for. And then there's the setup for beta-testing a MB plastic. Very nice terminal, but I didn't agree to pay for the privilege of working for MB for free - oh and the plastic they want me to test is not even remotely appropriate for Feb in the northeast. In the end the contents of the box is a good value, but seems like strange choices to me. The educational value of this box is, so far, drastically over-sold. Unrelated note - I caught my PB largemouth in January using a bluegill color pattern spoon. Almost fell out of the kayak I was so surprised. Was trying to catch trout...

Good job guys! I struggled with getting a subscription. I have a several hundred dollar order built to send in. I added and removed a 3 month subscription several times. Currently it isn't on the order. After your video that included unboxing their brand I couldn't justify getting the same stuff over and over!

In 2022 I wanted to add to my small assortment of classic hard baits. So, I joined the 6th Sense 6Sack for 1 year. In 12 months I received 2-Munch40, 2-Curve55, 2- Curve finesse, 8-Crush25, 6-Crush50, 3-Crush75, 4-Crush100, 1-Snatch70, 2-Thud70, 2-Quake70, 2-Quake80, 2-Cloud9, 1-Swank66, 2-Swank77, 2-Axis metal2.0, 1-Speedglide, 1-Speedwake, 1-Catwalk, 1-Dogma100, 1-Movement80, 1-Spashback70, 1-Vega Frog, 1-Flat FinesseF4, 1- Duke65, several packs of Stout WG, Jugular, Shacky head, jig head hooks, Swim Jigs, pitching jigs, 23packs of soft plastics and 1 slow sink 6”Trace (in a color not intended for my area unfortunately) BUT NOT one single Provoke Jerk-bait WTH!!! The subscription was good to easily acquire a wider selection of hard baits and to help me compare baits and develop preferences. Overall, it was a good experience and education. As for what it would take for me to rejoin another fishing subscription box… A hell of a lot of customization. Which in the end would just about the same as placing an order with one of the many tackle shops. Thanks for all the videos gentlemen.

Like some other comments here I get 6th sense, Monsterbass and occasionally Lurenet bank and creek bag. I think that I may be addicted but I do try and use all of the baits I get at least once. I also now have a small bait shop in my basement lol. Good video guys. Thanks.

When I got into fishing crankbaits I got a garage sale sac from 6th sense. Always a sucker for that. I don’t do subscriptions. I buy what I like and try new baits all the time and I usually can get value watching the different sales more than the mystery box of baits. I do like when the you tube guys do a partnership with monster bass or bait works because I can support their channels and get something tangible in return that I usually have watched them use on their channel.

I’ve been getting 6thsense on and off for 3 years. First time I stopped was only cause I had a ton from them and had more than enough for fishing. Then I started it back up when they revamped the sack. Also side note it took alittle over two years before I got a repeat bait in the same color.

Just found out this channel recently and I just want to say I love the videos man. Nothings better than wholesome talks and honest reviews about fishing.
  • The wizard bait size 13 hooks they are typically used for trout and salmon and tied with a smell knot.
  • Great video, guys. Can't stand subscription boxes. I always thought they were just a bunch of overstock, clearance items.
  • @B-Rad_P-Ark
The last box I got was the Monsterbass 2022 January Z-man takeover box. For me the 'in house' brands drove me away, especially from Monsterbass, too many misses to believe that the hard baits are worth $10-$12 just because it has your brand on it...
  • Biggest value I've found is the 6th sense garage sale sack $99.99 for over $200.00 in baits I love sixth sense baits Z-man also
  • @chrisdishaw316
I use hair tie rubbet bands and wrap them on the hooks for the lures saw it on northland
  • @daydaygriz
For me Iiving in the Midwest I'd reconsider getting a subscription box for the winter months just to get some extra baits before the season starts
  • Thanks for all the time you two put into this review of different bags! Great for one time gifts!
  • @kickerwormz3262
I'm about ready to launch my website. I've been pouring plastics/lead, tying jigs, etc. since 1994. If I ever offer boxes/bags, I'd never buy someone else's stuff to resale. It will only be the stuff that I make. Lots of people buy on Amazon and Temu and claim it's a subscription box. As a little guy in the business, you have to be on top of things. I plan on doing a set amount of subscriptions to start and have 2 to 3 months ahead of schedule. It's in the future, but not a priority right now. Tight lines!
  • @BryanB.Bassin
I'm in college right now so I don't do a lot of winter fishing. So I basically just subscribe to a $20MTB box to stop myself from spending $50-$60 a month boredom buying baits online during my non-fishing months. By the time spring and summer roll around I've stacked about 4-5 boxes of baits and cancel the subscription until the next winter.
  • @All_is_Outdoors
Great content! Appreciate your view on these boxes! Thanks!!
