Growing up, I played in 3 AAU teams. I went from never playing basketball in 8th grade and being placed as a center once I got to high school, to being an elite player and starting point guard as a sophomore. What helped me the most with becoming shifty was one hour of jump rope every day. Obviously continue the fundamentals, shooting and foot work drills. But jump roping one hour a day will take your game to the next level.

I’ve been looking at handle tutorials and workouts and this is one of the better ones. Will be looking at this for reference for a long time, cheers man

I’m doing these right now and it’s hard and first but doing it for a lil bit it gets easier and it’s getting my left hand better
