    This is a wonderful meditation David. Blessings to you. David end the video by saying: "Yidao, qidao," or "yidao, qi jiu dao." Where consciousness or attention goes, energy follows. Another way of saying that is: "where your attention goes, energy goes to where you have decided to focus your attention."
