It is amazing, people dreaming about 🌊 water in channel and happy about it, but nobody decided pick up trash !
  • @JamesonEst1780
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one thinking it. If they’re so grateful of the river, maybe they might want to respect it more and not pollute it quite so much!
  • @FatherDinny
seeing this makes me glad that in Ireland we have nice clean rivers
  • Being a hydrogeologist its it is always heart warming moment to see people being happy when the water returns in the dried up river bed. On the other hand I am afraid to see the increasing polution of water bodies by plastic garbage
  • @the65scooterman
These peoples simply don’t care about garbage on the river...amazing
  • Worshipping her, without cleaning her path...🙌👍our ancestors are not always right
  • I'm from India as well and I can say that people (not all) do not care about cleanliness here. No matter what, you ll see littering in most places except malls or metros etc. Rivers certainly are seen as holy and people visit there but still they throw the trash and pollute it so badly. Unless government starts strict laws like Singapore, nothing will improve.

How do you honor a river that you don't care enough for to clean the plastic and trash out of before the water gets there?
  • @kamilfejtek81
Yessss, water is here, so let's begin celebrat, with throwing even more plastic in it.....
  • India, wonderful stewards of the land and rivers. Researchers are able to estimate that just 10 river systems carry between 88 and 99% of the plastic that ends up in the ocean from rivers. Eight of them are in Asia: the Yangtze; Indus; Yellow; Hai He; Ganges; Pearl; Amur; Mekong; and two in Africa – the Nile and the Niger. Keep up the good work India.

Showing gratitude to everything that helps us is our culture. From cow to river. From cycle to car. From food to house 🕉️❤.
  • What a relief people look so happy to see the water coming even with the empty paint cans and fertilizer bags they didn't bother to clean up while standing there for an hour
  • It was a wonderful year. The great water flow was able to wash all our trash into the ocean.
  • @Zhiivago
Looks absolutely E-coliscious the pristine clean river.
  • It's incredible... rivers like the Ganges are incredibly holy in India yet they are the most polluted bodies of water in the world... terrifying that they sustain over a billion people!
  • @kerrysammy3277
My thoughts really. They prayed for water, but they could not clean up the dry riverbed first.
  • @ytube.agusss
I'm not environmentalist but I didn't see anyone picking up the trash before welcoming the river 🤦🏻‍♂️
  • Que gente cochina,lo más cuidado que debe tener que es el agua,y tanta basura😢tengo vergüenza ajena.Tanto que la nesecitamos es más imposible vivir sin ella.Se me parte el alma
  • @bolder99
Glad I was not the only one who thought about the trash.
