03/19/2024 | Intense Thunderstorms with Heavy Rain and Hail

In the middle of March 2024, a short and stormy winter system passed through Israel. Strong thunderstorms, heavy rains, and hail hit many areas of the country.
During this video, I combined many shots I took of massive thunderstorms, most of them in Netanya in the central coastal plain and in Alfe Menashe in the middle of the country. Most of the storms were very strong and intense, especially in the last part of the video.
I hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed it in reality.

02:19 - another storm approaching
02:37 - massive thunderstorm approaching from the sea
3:15 - the storm is getting closer with a few nice strikes
4:40 - touch down with heavy rain and gusty winds
5:53 - heaviest rain with many lightnings and thunders
8:00 - another nice strike of a new storm
8:35 - the next day starts with a thunderstorm rolling over
11:10 - nice lightning strike with big thunder
11:24 - hail starts
12:16 - another thunderstorm starts
15:18 - last storm of the day with loud thunder
15:49 - super close strike and loud thunder
16:05 - the biggest lightning strike a few meters away
