I came looking for info, but I found myself incredibly charmed by the Eli & Kate "fluff". Whenever I've got your channel on the telly, even my partner (who isn't into gardening) always comment on how lovely and wholesome you both are.

Totally agree Eli, I watch whatever you do, even if it does’t “interest” me, because I am invested in you two. I like you two, imagine if we bumped in to you, would enjoy a beer and a chat. You are good people, fun people. That’s natural. You can’t invent charisma. Think your followers will probably agree. Pity you can’t chuck in the day job, post 3/4 times a week! Cindy x

Eli, it looks easy, but behind the scenes, the time you take to set up the cameras, get the audio right, set up the script and ideas for what you want to do, and then, after you have filmed it all, collate the media, edit all the clips and upload it to Youtube takes a lot of time. Your passion for gardening shines through with all the time and effort you put into the above. So thanks for this, and keep at it, as your content is engaging and informative. Thank you!

Eli, I came here a year or so ago and was charmed by you and Kate. I have watched almost everything and I have to admit that my favorite videos include both you and Kate. Teaching is great but your love of gardening and your witty dialog is my favorite part of my Sunday. I would never tell you what to film. I will be here if you just turn on the camera and read the newspaper silently and upload it without editing. I am here to watch someone who loves gardening and her sassy sidekick. I will say that I loved when you taught Kate how to plant and grow flowers. Her genuine reactions and thoughts mirrored my own when I started all my plants from seed last year. It was fun and refreshing and I loved her spade. Big Hugs and can’t wait for more of you this year

I much prefer the relaxed Eli and Kate in the garden/greenhouse . Obviously i also like the advice and growing tips but want it from someone similar to myself . I am still catching up on previous videos 😅. Be yourself this is the person that i like .

In North America we call those relaxed, hang out and have a cuppa with a friend type videos Vlogs. I enjoy that format because you feel like you're getting to know the people making the videos. I can watch a hundred videos on how to propagate basil. What keeps me watching is the "fluff" of who a person is!

I love to have my coffee and enjoy the Eli & Kate stuff/fluff. I enjoy watching your videos about your garden, have gotten some neat ideas with some or your gadgets, etc. I can watch other instructional videos when I'm looking for specific information. Otherwise, I just want to hang and relax. Totally takes the edge off of what's going on all around us.
