In-between the timelines for "Blood Over Water" and "Ciem: Inferno," former Sleet Mountain worker Chris Kennal transformed himself from a small-time crook to a ruthless killing machine, in order to take revenge on his former boss after a series of betrayals - and the revelation that his boss was using him to cover up a sex trafficking ring that hurt one of the only women Chris ever cared about. Chris was fine protecting the water pollution cleanup fraud Clyde was doing. He was even fine with killing to protect the scam.

But when he learned that Clyde was into something infinitely more sinister, and that it was costing Chris his few friends and loved ones in the world? Well, that's when the hedonistic bottling plant worker decided enough was enough.

Dressed up as the "Purge-Flare," in a bid to frame the quasi-supernatural killer Extirpon for his murder spree, Chris has manipulated some new allies into joining his cause. He won't stop killing Gleeful-N'-Young traffickers, until each one of them is dead, ending his quest with killing Clyde himself, as The Man the Law Could Never Catch!

"Purge-Flare: Stickin' It to Pencil" tells the tale of how one expendable minion of Clyde Spendelworth's met his demise at the fiery pellets of Chris' modified purple flame-generating sniper rifle.

But as Chris would discover, killing Mike "the Pencil" Javelin was the easy part. Getting out of the Cincinnati Airport alive after a twist of fate ruins the original escape plan...would be a much more dangerous endeavor!

Several GTA V Los Santos townies come together to bring you this sometimes-comedic, sometimes-dramatic tale of an assassination mission that (almost) goes horribly wrong - and the consequences in store for the residents of southern Indiana that are destined to follow!

Meanwhile, residents of Cincinnati recount how the legend of the Purge-Flare begins to grow in its own right, as no one can be sure whether it was him or Extirpon that took out the latest brothel.
