I hate lust more than any other sin, it clouds the mind and acts like a slow poison.

I'm fourteen and I need this. I have a future but I don't wanna ruin it. Let's pray for each other.

I confess brothers and sisters, I’ve been struggling with lust and I just ask for prayer. Blessed be the Lord despite being weak.

I’ve been struggling so hard. I felt like completely giving up because it’s not getting any better. I was washing dishes listening to rock to avoid listening to worship music because the shame. But something in my chest felt even more guilty and I just switched it to worship music. I started to cry because I felt so far away from God. I remember when I first encountered His presence and I was so in love with Jesus. Now here I am, letting lust keep me in bondage. But somehow I ended up finding this video. Keep me in prayers please.

Every time I think I’ve escaped this sin, it comes back at me like a bite of a snake. I’ve been struggling ever since I was 13. I’ve had a couple victories ever since but I keep falling back and praying to God to not fall in again and repent. Whoever stumbles upon my comment, I’m more than thankful for prayers. I don’t want this sin to pull me back from the purpose God has in store for me. 😢

I am 23, and I’ve been struggling with this since I was 12 years old. The thing about porn, is that it messes you up, and it messes up the way that you view women. One thing I learned is that the closer you are to God, the harder it’s going to get to avoid the temptation to do these things. It makes you become desensitized to things that you’re not supposed to be desensitized to, and twists your mindset until one day you’re looking up something that you never thought you would look up. This scares me so much, because I have been letting God down. I have grown so far from God, and now I’m struggling to get back to Him. Please pray for me.

I struggled with porn. Now I’m free, praise God! Been 4 months of no porn or masturbating. I had to work on guarding my heart, mind and eyes. Plus, all the acts of porn, lust and masturbating serves you, not God. Everyday is a battle, but we have to remember and recite scripture. Jesus was tempted by the devil and literally rebuked the devil with scripture, we can overcome as well. To all those out there, a pastor mentioned: It’s pretty difficult to watch porn while playing worship music.

I overcame lust with already 14, I did it through Christ and I am grateful for it. I have been already almost half a year clean 😁

When a lustful thought creeps in I immediately shut it down and say “ i take this thought captive in Jesus name” and say Lord help me as i flee from lust and sprint towards you, embrace me with open arms. The imagery of running towards Jesus helps.

I've been struggling with lust even before ten. I needed this revelation. Lust is a very dangerous sin but I couldn't help but go back to it. I will change. Praise God.

I am 19 turning 20 this year and I've dealt with problems with lust for so long now. I recently had a good streak of not giving in and today I fell into temptations and I felt horrible for it, I prayed for forgiveness and was brought to tears while asking for it.
