What kind of dummy headline is that? Canada is not going to see 80 mm. The great lakes are going to see a storm. Ottawa and Montreal could see a large amount of rain.

Third world Torontos power will go out...stuff that is seen in Brazil and Africa and the Phillipines will happen here. There will be massive power outages on friday and scenes similar to the third world im calling it now.
