The media absolutely needs to answer for what it's been doing the last 15 years. They need to be held liable for anything they report that is not a scientifically provable fact. We're talking editorials, op-eds, and especially inflammatory rhetoric. They are supposed to be impartial because they're expected to be trustworthy regardless of your political affiliation, so when they show that they're not impartial, they should have bigger fines and penalties weighed against them.
