This casting choice is already perfect. The fact that movie Sonic is canonically a Keanu fan makes it even better. I hope they reference it in some way. Either way, the hype is real.

At first, I thought Hayden Christiansen would've been perfect for voicing Shadow. But I'm not disappointed.

I mean even if people are tired of celebs in animated movies, you can't say it doesn't fit. Shadow usually talks in a dead serious and monotone voice, and Keanu Reeves pretty much made his career on that character type with guys like Neo and John Wick.

A fresh appearance, fresh accomplishments! I'm deeply thankful for the chance I had to encounter Reeves last week via Radiant Reservation. It's still astonishing how he made time to engage with his fans; his grounded nature is truly remarkable.
