It’s crazy how many people don’t want to go to the hospital after a car crash in the US because of the costs. Something is seriously wrong with this country.

As a retired fire chief that has worked at many scenes similar to this I must say that the fire department on the first call is a well trained department. The officer in charge is all business and knows exactly what to do. The other firefighters are all performing their assigned duties with no confusion or lack of organization. This clip could be a perfect part of a training video. Major Props to this fire department. 👍👍💯

It is absolutely amazing how car safety technology is allowing people to survive such insane accidents these days. The way they're designed to crumple and crush but keep the passenger compartment as intact as possible is just so impressive. I feel so safe owning a newer vehicle.

Laticha, the EMT from St. Louis, is awesome. She has a great personality and does such a great job of communicating with the patients. I wish every EMT was like her
  • These people are actual heroes. Its amazing to see them saving strangers, and they don't get paid nearly enough for what they do ❤
  • That logging truck accident scared the Final Destination out of me
  • Until these guys have saved your life you have no Idea how much they are all HEROS. I have had my life saved once from a heart attack and after I recovered, I went to the station with a whole lot of cookies and gave them all hugs and thanked them for saving my life. Everyone who has this done for them needs to do this. They almost all like sugar and caffeine

That fireman in charge of the first accident scene is a machine! He is cool calm and collected and confident with his instructions

2:08:57 my heart breaks for this elderly woman. She was so concerned about her puppy 🥺 I hope they’re both alive and well today. We don’t take good enough care of our elderly in this society and I’m just so happy they were so kind to her and the little baby. That blonde paramedic with the pony tail is who I’d want on my call. She’s so professional and you can just see how much she cares. Good job, guys

Imagine you get in an accident and a film crew hops out with the paramedics and you realize you’re wearing your “I Pooped Today” T-Shirt on live TV 😭😭😭😭

I can't stand people who think it's okay to get behind the wheel while intoxicated. It's a tragedy in and of itself.
  • Thank you to all the first responders for all you do! ❣️❣️

God I wish they would bring back Live PD. I loved that show, there is nothing else quite like it.

The lady who scratched her partner’s back with the keys 😂❤ 22:49 “oh you are so WISE

That drunk dad with his 2 kids in the car made me so angry. He didn't even think about his kids or the consequences that could've happened. I fully understand that alcoholism is a disease and can be uncontrollable but there's no excuse in the world to voluntarily drink while you're driving with your kids or anyone else in the car smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ I truly hope he's in recovery now for the sake of his kids
  • I served 5 years as a Volunteer Fireman, I had to leave after attending too many MVA's with deaths. The last one was horrible a van with an entire family only one survived, and two from the pickup taken to hospital via Heli another from an 18 wheeler via ambulance. The chief and I had to guard the deceased on the side of the road for several hours, waiting for the coroner and transport. Then wash the blood and body parts from the road, along with the car parts. Worst part was searching for one missing occupant who had been thrown through the window of the van, it affected a bunch of us. Don't get mad with me if I won't drive off unless everyone is wearing seatbelts, and stop completely at stop signs, and really look left and right. And look for trains, there is never much left when you get hit by a train, especially driving a tractor. Be careful out there.
  • A huge shout out to Las Vegas Nevada first responders who tried to save my nephew after being plowed into while on his bike crossing the street and a drunk driver plowed into him sending him 110ft and rolled her vehicle into a tree but didn’t even realize she killed my nephew! The responders kept him as alive as possible but he passed away at the hospital. 36yrs old Johnny A Martinez RIP my baby boy!
