Before Don't Worry Darling, even has a chance to woo its audience it was embroiled in all sorts of controversy thanks to its director Olivia Wilde and her comments regarding the firing of Shia LaBeouf as well as villainous comparisons with Jordan Peterson and how he is the hero of the Incel community. The movie itself is not great, but unfortunately, it's also promoting a pretty terrible message.

In this video, I dive into the drama as well as why Jordan Peterson and Shia LaBeouf got dragged into some intense virtue signaling.

The main villain of this story is Olivia Wilde ironically. Abandoned her fiance, betrayed her kids and didn't fulfill her professionally duties, all because she wanted to be Harry Styles' No.1 Groupie
  • I like how she thinks she is questioning the "system" but in reality she literally works for the "system"
  • It’s interesting that she made a film about “toxic masculinity” but instead revealed how toxic she is, especially when she claimed Shia sexually assaulted Florence, and Florence came out and said it never happened, only later to have Olivia take to social media and Trash Florence.
  • Olivia ironically is the villain she’s the one who abandoned her husband, betrayed her kids all to date Harry styles
  • Feminists: men need to be better! Do better! Jordan Peterson: tells men how to be better and do better Feminists: this man is worse than Hitler….
  • Chris Pine dissociating in interviews is everything I need to know about this movie 🤣
  • I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Dr Peterson randomly, him and his wife were walking around the town I live. He graciously allowed me to take selfies with him, and even held my camera for me because my hands were shaking with disbelief. He is actually a very kind and warm man.
  • Yo Shia’s letter gave me an all new respect for him. So mature and well spoken. I’ll be following his career with more interest now although it’s possible his calling is just to be a father and husband now. I say “just” but it is in reality a much higher calling than being JUST an actor.

Wow, Shia Labeouf's letter just allowed Olivia Wilde to reveal herself for who she really is
  • @TKKSH_
So she used this entire drama to cover up her cheating ass? Got it.
  • Great analyse! I’m a 53 year old single mother and Dr Peterson is my powerhouse. I used to feel shame for not having a career but since I read his books and follow his talks I’m proud of my place in life, he also made me realize why I was too agreeable, to take my place, put my limits, how proud I am of the daughters I raised and their humility, how virtuous they are. Tammy also made me closer to god, thankful for life, brave to recover from illness, Jordan helped me understand my ptsd and gave me hope. It became cliche but he saved my life, in 2016 I began watching him and I felt suicidal from abuse flashbacks, poverty, deep sadness. Nowadays, listening to him is a reassuring presence and I don’t care what people say or think about me, I know who I am. My daughters are confident and strong, the youngest is now 16 and she has such good values, she stands out and other kids refer to her like a little life coach. She isn’t in a hurry to burn stages or give herself to please a boy. Dr Peterson empowered me and my girls.

I feel so sad for JP. He has his own problems, but he's still trying so hard to help others. The man is a true hero. He may not fight demons or anything, but he is a man with high morals, and everyone can see that (although some will publically disagree/shame him), and therefore, inspires others to be better.
  • That interview with Chris Pine staring into the void like he wanted it swallow him truly captured the exact reaction I had while watching this film.
  • Tbh, Shia's open letter to her is VERY diplomatic and classy
  • For me, coming from a Christian upbringing, what brought me to Peterson was his talks on Biblical stories and how they are still relevant. For the first time, an educated man was discussing the stories of the Bible in a way that was supportive of it. That is what brought me to him. I do feel for him and hope he continues to grow in a better way. I hope he finds God.
  • I'm a 34 year old woman (who runs my own business and has no plans of marriage or children) who absolutely loves Jordan Peterson and gets a lot out of his lectures. I can listen to him discuss roles of men and woman etc without getting upset and defensive. I live my life the way that is right for ME personally, because only I know how to do that, but I can still agree with his views on roles in society as a whole. I just love to listen to him talk about anything, he truly has a great mind and his answers are always so well thought out and articulated. I particularly like the way he handles conflict or to a lesser degree a difference of opinion. He never people pleases and says EXACTLY what he thinks regardless of the outcome and that is so Nobel and shows true integrity (and its bloody hard to do) It's a blessing to be able to learn from people who know more about a topic than you do. Any who call him misogynistic are simply repeating a narrative they heard and have not ever sat down and actually LISTENED to him which is a shame for them. Lastly, the clip at the end - watch how Jordan's face changes when pierce Morgan (hypocrite) calls those men 'weirdo loners' ...THIS is exactly the thing that DOESNT HELP THEM and the emotion Jordan expresses after that comment makes it so clear that he is sick of the way people lack understanding and perpetuate these problems. When Jordan looked him dead in the eye and said 'SURE, WHY NOT' I couldn't have loved him more haha.
  • So impressed with Shia.. Olivia is very prone to self aggrandizing, morally virtuous word salads.. all while looking so impressed with her “profound” talking points.. gives me total Meghan Markle vibes.
  • Jordan Peterson - “men, stop acting like philandering assholes, nut up and be a good person” Everyone - “Omg, that’s misogynistic. He’s trying to control women!! 🤬” Why are people like this? 😂😂😂
  • When JP started crying at the end, it kinda Made me emotional and feel for men too...As a woman I already feel so strongly for men today , not knowing how to better themselves and get out of this endless pile of abuse, but man seeing a man stand for other men and getting (metaphorical) bricks thrown at him just break down is quite heartbreaking
  • Thank you for calling out the narcissistic situations in Hollywood. Much love! 💜
