The original judge needs to be investigated for allowing this to happened.

The reporter did an amazing job investigating and telling this story.

My family tried to do me like this 15yrs ago when my Mom passed. For a house, truck, $100k. I haven’t spoken to any of them since her funeral

This was methodical! *UNCLE didn’t handle his business. IF you have assets, get a trust*

The State of Georgia has got to put a stop to all of this. It is too easy to steal property in GA.

That con man should be criminally prosecuted! He stole that family memories of their uncle.
-
No proof required for kinship for funeral home/ final expense/ estate claims purposes is absurd and a definite eye-opener.
-
The lawsuit is against, the state, county and Randy and maybe the city. But everyone is focused on accepting the loss. Get a great lawyer and sue Georgia
-
Georgia is crooked AF! I'm staying far away from that place!
-
My question is how did this Waston guy get close to the Uncle like that in order to steal everything? Where was the family when uncle was sick and dying? A lot of questions.
-
Damn, Uncle E. was a sharp brother.

An inheritance is very special and powerful. Sorry for the loss
-
The court should be held liable for this travesty. The fake son needs to spend the rest of his life in prison.
-
There is a HELL for this type of heart. I pray for justice for the real family. Shame.
-
The family did not stay in touch with diseased. If they loved him they would have known and would have been there before all this bs happened.
-
He should be ashamed of himself...this happened to me here in Texas, taken from me with fraudulent paperwork, and a dishonest person.
-
This man was in hospice. Where was his FAMILY? Also, THIS IS WHY YOU HAVE A WILL!!!!!!!!!!!
-
this is crazy, that someone can transfer assets like a house without any supporting paperwork. these probate judges just want to process each case as quickly as possible and be done with it.
-

5:22 “Secure 3 Documents before death: 1.) Will. 2.) Medical Directive. 3.) Financial Power of Attorney.”
