Serves: 2

Ingredients:
Aashirvaad Whole Wheat Atta - 2 cups
Potatoes - 5-6
Onions - 2-3 Chopped
Green chillies - 2-3
Coriander leaves - A handful
Aashirvaad Salt - 1 tbsp
Aashirvaad Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup

Method:
1. To make this paratha recipe, boil the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl. To potatoes, add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder, chaat masala and mix well so that no lumps remain.
2. Knead a soft dough for the parathas with wheat flour and water. Make small, even and round balls and along with it make a depression in the centre and add a spoonful of potato filling.
3. Seal the dough and round it with your fingers. Now roll them with a rolling pin into round parathas.
4. Put the paratha on a hot tava. Cook evenly on both sides and pour some oil. Continue to cook both sides.
5. Serve with Dahi or Pickle.
