You've left out one important factor: neither of these platforms have any customer service on their Free plans after their first setup period. I'd deduct 1,000 points for that.

I dont have an e mail marketing platform yet. will i need one? if so which one do you recommend? I have several clients i manage. Its seems to me like they are receiving a lot of inquiries but some of those are not turning into paid customers because the inquiries (customer) end up ghosting them or the inquirie is no longer interested. so I wanted to create a system/ news letters to provide value and nourish the inquires. I hope I'm making sense lol

The MailChimp web builder is embarrassing. Literally their default template is broken on the mobile preview.

Spent almost the entire Integrations segment on Mailchimp so I think you may have referred to them when you meant Klaviyo. If not then you didn't review Klaviyo integration hardly at all. So giving a thumbs down and searching youtube for a better review. And who cares about the Chimp logo?
