Cissnei respected Zack so much as her friend, she quit her career as a Turk and looked after his own village never knowing what happened to him. He really was a huge influence on everyone he knew.

It’s interesting how no one besides Cloud considers Zack might be dead. It’s like Zack is so beloved, everyone just keeps holding onto hope that he’s out there somewhere.

The thing about Aerith is that she never got closure about Zack. So her being so unsure about her feelings for Zack stems from that.

This scene make me more sympathy about Zack. He died when Aerith does not know he truly loves her, He died when his parent still waiting for him to return and now his spirit trapped in a realm where he think he is still alive, I don't know what his reaction when he finally know he is already dead.

I feel so bad for Zack's parents. Were they even told that he died? I know they're not important, but it would've been nice to know his parents got closure at least.
