1/2 cup Chawal (Rice)
1/4 cup Chanadal (Split Chickpea)
2 Pc Sukha Nariyel (Dry coconut)

Chutney
1 Tbl sp Oil
1 Tbl sp Chanadal (Split Chickpea)
1/2 Tbl sp Urad Dal (Black Gram)
1 Strip Curry Patta (Curry leaves)
1 inch Adrak chopped (Ginger)
2 Kashmiri Red chilli
2 Tbl sp Sukha Nariyel Chopped (Dry coconut)
1 Medium size Onion Chopped
1/2 Tsp salt
1 small size Imli ball(Tamarind)
1/2 cup water
Tadka
2 Tsp oil
1/2 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed)
1 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
4 to 5 Curry Patta (Curry leaves)
1 Sukhi Lal Mirch (Dry Red chilli)

Sukha Nariyel Chopped (Dry coconut)
3 to 4 Tbl sp Water
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Eno(Fruit salt)
Add Butter or Ghee
Serve with Chutney
