Astral Projection | Hypnosis to Have an Out of Body Experience
This hypnosis script has been largely inspired by William Buhlman's work. I am recording it here with his express permission and would like to extend my deep gratitude to him for allowing me to share it with you in this way.
Please note this astral projection meditation will bring you back to a waking state.
It is intended to help you know and understand how easily you can separate from your physical body. Your physical body is only a vehicle for your awareness - only one vehicle of many which you possess. My intention is that you see and know for yourself how you can leave your physical body with complete ease, complete safety, whenever you wish.
This is astral travel meditation technique uses gamma waves (binaural beats) in the background and is most effective with headphones.

This video helped me separate and feel my energy or astral body twice now including my 1st time ever. I haven't been able to visit places or see clearly and maneuver properly yet. I hope i learn more in future trips to come. Thanks a lot rosalie im deeply grateful. Lots of love❤

I've been trying a few of your techniques and I did this one the other night, my body was asleep and my mind was awake, it was a weird feeling, at times it felt like I was talking inside my head but from from further away hope that makes sense I don't know if that's the start of me getting there with astral projection but, either way it was super relaxing, the call back definitely worked cos I was owl eyed afterwards 😂, 🤞🏻 for something similar or more tonight

Hi not sure if you remember me. Im still unable to astral project. This track was one of your best and I relaxed deeper then ever before. I felt vibrations and my heart was racing due to it and I just couldn’t hit that switch to exit my body.

Soul (Sound of a mighty rushing wind). I've never successfully journeyed back in hundreds of trips and a few NDEs to where it all began for me nearly 7 decades ago. I don't believe I'm alone in saying, this particular soul is running out of places to travel too? Curious, have any of you recently encounted familiar tunnels of travel you can nolonger enter? Finding more dark cold impossible to enter regions then ever today. (:○)

Rosalie, do you have astral projection mediation that don't require visualization. I have aphantasia and am unable to visualize or hold pictures in my mind
