This kitchen is so efficient, you can see it in the speed of the service. And the chef looks like he really loves what he's doing. I like how friendly and chatty he is compared to the usual chefs/cooks in these videos who are usually more reserved.

「二両半」。 実は、まだ東京都江東区で暮らしていて大阪市生野区の実家へ帰省する度に、必ず１度は来ていました。 2019年晩夏に、実家の事情で今の大阪市西成区へ転居してからも。 ほとんど日中にて、「ラーメン定食」（ラーメン＋キムチ小＋小ライス）で「（チャーシュー）赤身（脂と返しの濃さ）あっさり」です。 たまに、焼き飯が恋しくなって（笑）。
