Again, I'm thrilled to share today's episode with all of you because it represents a significant step in my personal journey. In this episode, I talk about the importance of choosing yourself, even if it may cause some discomfort to others. The key is to always act with love and grace, as that is what truly counts.
I have been in some unhealthy relationships, where the individuals weren't necessarily "bad," but their unresolved trauma led them to mistreat me. It was a significant breakthrough for me when I realized it was okay to prioritize myself after seeking therapy, which truly changed the game for me.
So go ahead and listen to this episode. I must mention, it's quite intense, but effective communication with purpose will lead us all in the right direction. I'm eager to hear your stories and how you learned to choose yourself.

I honestly relate to everything you are saying and it took me years to understand my own strength to even walk away until my family healed. That’s didn’t happen until I was in my 40’s so you are absolutely amazing for creating your boundaries so early on.
