I can't jump anywhere as I have two badly bruised knew caps, one of which is fractured. The result of being ascended yet again much against my will. I was very dizzy and disoriented for two days and just suddenly fell right in both knees and skinned my elbow. I couldn't even get up for ages because of the pain.

Physically stuck where I am. I have no other option but to stay. There's a rental crisis and I cannot afford the type of rent being asked with 3 kids to feed and clothe!
