The judge did NOT accept the plea deal if anyone is wondering.

Never, never, never should ANY murderer be plea bargained down. Absolutely ridiculous.

He has been victimized twice. Once by the murderers and then again by the prosecutors office. Disgusting.

Sir, that was the most eloquent, passionate, heartfelt, and reasoned victim impact statement I’ve ever heard. The Judge (and the world) heard you and thankfully that ridiculous plea agreement was denied. My heart bleeds for you and your family.

This is not the first time Mary Moriarty of Hennepin County allowed murderers to get away. Shes the reason his son was killed so she is just as guilty as the murderer.
