When you get invested in a video game it can leave you with more life lessons than anything else. I will forever think that game designers are better story tellers than any movie or show director.

"Take a gamble that love exists, and do a loving act." I totally forgot about that line, but hearing it now has only made me love it more. Thank you for making this. I rarely see big edits for games, and I think people can often overlook the impact games can have on people. Seeing the amount of love that goes into making games is so inspiring to me, especially when it's obvious to the players. Thank you for reminding me why I love video games so much.

Thank you for including Senua. Hellblade is an amazing game and not many people know or talk about it. Once the second game comes out and if it lives up to the first one, the series will explode in popularity. I played through the game twice and during my first playthrough, it messed with my brain. It scratched an itch I didn't know I had. Thank you, once again.

I’m 39, been gaming since the Atari 2600 but really got going with the NES. Been playing ever since. What’s most amazing to me is how modern games have become these amazing cinematic narratives that carry so much emotional weight and tell such gripping stories. What’s sad is that it is lost on so many people they think video games are just for children but they’re so wrong. They’re missing out on an entire piece of pop culture pie that happens to be one of the best ones there is. I’ve played so many amazing games that have made my cry, express joy, inspired me and so on. I love it and will never stop gaming.

Games are far more capable of teaching us more about ourselves than the older generations; what it means to be human; what to do when all hope seems lost; what grief feels like; what it means to pay the ultimate price; We are capable of being the change the world needs; all it takes is someone to speak out and say "This is not right." To those who believe themselves to be untouchable and shine a light upon our civilization's corruption.

This is really really good. It really got me nostalgic and teared up, I would actually give anything to experience all these games for the first time again without any spoilers. Damn I really need more sequels lol 😭 Especially Spider-Man and God of War.

Only gamers know how much a game can truly touch you.

It's not just a game it's a story a story that will never end it has it's legends that will never stop coming, gaming is more that a story.
