Michigan Beats Ohio State - Rapid Reaction (Late Kick Cut)

Published 2021-11-29
Michigan finally took down Ohio State Saturday for the first time quite a while as Jim Harbaugh finally won the big one over the Buckeyes. On Late Kick Live Ep 209 Josh Pate discussed the game and what the outcome meant for the Wolverine program. Is this the turning point everyone had been hopeful would someday arrive in Ann Arbor? How did Jim Harbaugh get things turned around when all seemed lost at this time just one year ago? Is this style of play conducive to Michigan being able to potentially make a run at the CFB Playoff and a national title? What stood out the most to you Saturday? Where do you think Ohio State will go from here? • I could feel the hatred from my TV and it was glorious! 2021 Ohio State vs Michigan was one of the better college football games I have watched.

Best part of the beef in the hallway to the locker room? The Michigan coaching yelling at the OSU coach that he’s “ABOUT THAT LIFE” lol

The equipment guys getting into it got me FIRED UP

My Buckeyes were dominated on every aspect of the field. Whether it was our line on both sides, our kickoff coverage/return, our tackling, our play call, our composure in handling the environment and elements, or staying discipline to not commit stupid penalties, we simply were outplayed. OSU fans were all aware of these issues heading into the game, and everything finally caught up to us. TTUN perfectly executed a perfectly designed gameplay, and it was evident from the very first drive that they came ready to play and to fight. I’m disappointed that attending The Game live for my first time resulted in this for my team, but my God was that atmosphere insane and was that experience unforgettable. We have a great bowl game upcoming (no shame), and our team for next year is going to be fun to watch. Go Bucks!

Aiden Hutchinson draft stock went from top ten pick to top 4 pick.. Onto Iowa.. got to get revenge for 2016..

Went to Michigan in the 1980s. Great place to watch a game with no obstructed views. The place just didn't hold noise. The added press boxes and luxury seats made a difference.

I half agree on the padlock moment. Ohio knew they were in trouble at Halftime when they tried to bully UM. Intimidation was the last defense they had. They knew it. UM stood up to the Bully at that point.

“Some people are born on 3rd base and think they hit a triple” 😂😂 Harbaugh on Day.

The equipment guys getting into it...have to love the rivalry.

I love the clip of Coach Howard and Coach Harbaugh after the game.
  • Great to see Ohio State and their huge athletic budget sent packing by Michigan and out of the College Football Playoff! Michigan just plain out-played them! Great job Michigan!

I honestly didn't think they could pull this off, proud of the boys in blue.. time to put this effort and intensity into beating Iowa and bringing home a BIG championship!!

When they added the additional luxury boxes on each side of the stadium it got infinitely loud compared to just the bowl with the press box. And I can tell you..Michigan stadium was a cheese and wine crowd..after 20 years of humiliation but really the 1st 10 years of the 2000's. It has become a really tough place to play.

I told Ohio State fans this was possible. They really thought that because they threw all over the worse pass defense in college football they were going to do that to everyone they played. Did they not watch the Penn State game? The Nebraska game? Oregon? Hell even Minnesota? All those teams were either able to run all day on Ohio St or hold down their offense well bellow their average. I told them Michigan could do both and they couldn't handle someone speaking honestly about their team 😭🤣

I was there Saturday section 23 row 40 at the 50 and it was my first college game I've ever been to and it was absolutely amazing almost 112000 people in that stadium GO BLUE
  • @ivbread4156
No one should blame the weather for Ohio States lose, Ohio weather is similar to Michigan's. I do understand that weather can have a impact but that's not the reason why they lost.
  • @drae408
I was at the game! GO BLUE!!!
