My history teacher (Egypt) explained the same reasons for not invading India. Emphasising the ruling Mamluk did not provoke nor pose any threat to the Mongols and that the great Khan had no greed for wealth but was driven by a deep desire for righteousness and revenge…

Literally every single Mongolian person I know is one of the hardesr working, physically strong, mentally strong, beautiful, and yet simultaneously peaceable people I have EVER met. Literally. Can see their faces and recall specific moments that we studied or worked together. Awesome people.

This was a beautiful video, and you are a fabulous history teacher. I'm going to study deeper into this subject. As a 70 year old American, I've come to realize how modest and weak our history instruction of the countries behind the Iron Curtain, and the East in general, were. It was almost as if they didn't exist. And unless you were a history major in college, it might be a rare elective course that brought you into contact with that history. Thank you for this, Teacher.

I had an amazing spiritual experience in Pune, India a few years ago. It’s been hard trying to explain it here in the west without getting weird looks. This is a great video man.
