Saute in butter or olive oil, I small Jalapeño Pepper or spring onions, 2 large cloves of Garlic, seasoning, 1 tbs of Balsamic vinegar, mushrooms, spinach, finely grated cheese- either Romano, Pecorino, or Parmesan .

Made this for dinner and it was amazing! Since I didn’t have balsamic vinegar i made an alternative with soy sauce, brown sugar syrup and lemon juice and it turned out well!!

Just made this with oyster sauce instead of balsamic vinegar! Tastes good!! It's so simple but I'm a beginner cook and this helped me learn some things, especially since I could eyeball most of it. Now I get to eat more spinach!! I'll definitely get some parmesan next time I go to thr groceries. Thank you!!!!
