Don’t have any evos and I can only afford to max one card right now, I have everything except valk maxed in the first deck but don’t have guards or barbs maxed. What should I do?

I want to ask if my lava loon deck is viable. Its pretty normal except for a few cards. Evo bomber, Evo knight, balloon, lava, void, arrows, idrag, and skele drags.
