Thank you for making this video. I feel hopeful that someone else is speaking out about this. I want to share my story but its still just so painful. I was raised by radical fundamental christian parents. My heart breaks for my inner child and anyone who grows up in such spiritual abuse.

This is such an important video showing the dangers of extreme oppressive views (whether it be with religion, cults, or gender). It gives hope for those who are being brainwashed as part of a cult or extreme religion, that it is possible to break away and get out.

Really good information and examples about the dangers of religious extremism. Religious people should question if their beliefs are harming people and who is really benefiting.

I can relate to a lot of this, since I was raised Mormon and only learned the truth and escaped a couple years ago. It wasn’t quite as “culty” as some of what is in this video but still a lot of it applied.

The life i was indoctrinated into took most of my life. Breaking the ties means leaving all you know, losing family and friends, love is totally conditional and it is terrifying to be in the dark void alone. Having the courage to live your life and think for yourself is huge! Life-changing! I was in a cult. No longer. Being free is worth all costs!❤
