The difference between Joel and all the other challenge eaters is his ability to describe each dish intricately and gives each of us a sense and makes all of us viewers "want" to be there to try it out (if it's good of course). He's more of a food critic that just has this superpower to smash food challenges, and this Joel, I commend you brother.
