truly inspiring voicelines, this is what all voice actors should aspire towards

He has the voice of an angel 😍

For Half-Life 1 and 2 the breathing sound effect was done by Kelly Bailey who also did the voices of almost all of the marines and is who Gordon Freeman's face is based off of. For Half-Life 2 the pain sound effects sound like John Patrick Lowrie who did the voicelines for all male citizens/rebels. Chances are the pain sounds for citizens/rebels were finished first, then Kelly Bailey did some edits to them for Gordon. In Portal 1 Chell uses female citizen/rebel pain sounds when she gets hurt (like if a cube falls on top of her from a delivery vent).

So he has like a deep voice

I absolutely love that flawless dialog when he says “HEFHHHHH” 0:07

There was also a weird "Hrrrghr" sound in HL1, it played when you experience falld amage.

The burn damage sounds like gordon freeman burns on a pan alive and without oil
