After meeting Europeans, the Japanese nicknamed them tengu. Japanese art represented the Europeans with noses as long as cucumbers.

Kirin is a very interesting creature, similar in name to "giraffe" in Japanese, but it is a totally different creature!

I think I remember they’re similar to vampires, so they don’t like onions. They also said something like you can hit them with a straw broom multiple times and they leave

The Kirin is actually pronounced (Chill-In) and it was originally Chinese.

Wait it matches with demon slayer because tanjiro he has Fire and Water and when he tries to kill the demon the water turns in to a dragon and there is a man idk what his name is but he trains tanjiro to kill demons and the man has a mask with a big long nose this is so cool

Imma do a weird thing but is anyone thinking the dragons from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom to be inspired by the Ryu? It's hitting me hard in the head.😤😤

I can totally see the inspiration for Ryu and Akuma from street fighter. Akuma is totally a Tengu.
