The best way to be a better YouTuber is to not compare yourself to others but instead compare yourself to who you were yesterday. Everyone grows at different rates and and it's important to find motivation based on your personal progress. Look back at what you achieved and let that push you to be better in the future!

I've been taking YouTube serious for about a year now, although I've had my channel for many years. I recently became monetized and to me, that's a significant accomplishment because less than 10% of all YouTube channels reach that milestone. If you are monetized you are in a very small group of influencers who make a difference. I've followed Think Media for years and use the advice Sean and his team graciously offers and it's starting to pay dividends. For those who are reading this don't give up! This platform will continue to grow and it's not too late to start something you have a passion for. I still have a "day job", but my ultimate goal is having the freedom to do what I choose to do. ✌

Not yet, just started my channel 3 months back. , have 64 subs right now n 180 view hrs.. im enjoying the process and the new learnings Im getting along the way.. still struggling as new creator in regards to financing my contents n upgrading my tools n gadgets. Working on with what ever I have right now. Best thing is that I took the plunge n up for all the chalenges with my new journey as a creator.... watching here from UAE..

Great video! I love when you said about taking back the time you are consuming and invest it in your own content. I'm a teacher and used to come home and spend time playing a useless game to "relax". I recently deleted the game and put all that wasted time into my YouTube channel. I had 16 subscribers 3 months ago and now at 900. 😻

I’m thinking of giving up because I have spent almost a year on YouTube and gone know where. But thanks for the motivation
