I am from corentyne Berbice. Saijan bagee is the best.you have to chop the bagee then wash it and then cook it .Most people use oil coconut milk.salt agee alot of garlic and pepper to make it tasty and if possible green seasoning. I heard your father said about Whim market it close down years ago I live the next village Auchlyne. I love watching your videos you people are very wonderful.

Good afternoon, guys. I'm going to be* BRUTALLY HONEST *, I think that this is one of the most BEAUTIFUL dishes that you have created on your own( meaning that you used your own imagination to cook the bhagi). The texture is SPECTACULAR. you have really mastered this dish being the first time that you have made it . Eon enjoyed his meal. Your mom's dal is really looking BEAUTIFUL. I loved the color. It's always so nice to see when families are together sharing precious time. I just love it!!! Have a wonderful night guys ❀❀❀πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ™πŸ™πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ‡¬πŸ‡ΎπŸ‡¬πŸ‡ΎπŸ‡¬πŸ‡ΎπŸ‡¬πŸ‡Ύβ€οΈβ€οΈ

  • @mahindra5570
The bhajie look delicious, one of Berbice delicacy: but u guys should chip it with a knife or cutlass, because the food processor makes it to fine and takes the taste away
  • I've cooked saigan bhaji but instead of shrimps I used eggs, A wonderful job and great collaboration from all family members, I'm watching from TRINIDAD ❀❀

That goes nice with fish curry, shrimp curry or fish choka give it a try. We in Berbice don’t cook it with tomatoes and green seasoning. We chop then washed out the bitterness then cooked it we used a strainer to wash it
