It was a dark and stormy night.
When who would appear? Santa! in his sleigh spreading holiday cheer!
Santa didn't know, that way down below, hidden in the snow, was the holiday deer.
For a year she would wait, knowing Christmas would be great
As the presents would go down the chute!
Toy trains, Jet planes! and a Jack in the Box too!
Away she would run, after having her fun!
Patiently waiting another year, to be a little Deer,
just like you!
