Watching this as I finish my cancer treatment. What a beautiful diversion to spend time with Rajiv in this beloved barn. Thank you friend! ❤️💕❤️

Rajiv, What I love most about you is that you see beauty in everything... You seem to never take anything for granted, and you appreciate what life gives you.❣️

It’s not about OWNING. It’s about BEING. THANK YOU RAJIV!! ( I also have Ganesha In my art room)

Reminds me of my grandmothers cabin on 52 acres in Virginia. It has been sold, grandmother is gone, my mom is gone and 7 of mom's 8 siblings are gone. But I still have lots of memories of that cabin in the woods! Thanks Rajiv!

Rajiv, please keep being you. You bring joy to so many of us. I am astonished you do not have millions of followers. Hopefully we can all spread the word and get you the larger audience you deserve!

Wow, there is so much beauty in things that are mundane and simple from the sounds of the birds, the smell of the herbs, the light from lamp, sound of the broom against the wooden floor, the sound of water trickling onto the pail and the gently breeze from the window. Thank you for opening that world to me.

This just made me realize everything we have is borrowed, even time. Just like the stuff in the antique store was once all owed by someone only to be given back after we’re all gone. What do we really own? This video really made me feel

The more I watch your videos , the more I get this watching Mr. Rodgers vibe going on. That's a compliment! You have a very kind and peaceful presence about you just like Mr Rodgers had all those years. The voice is so soothing. Thanks for sharing!🙌
  • @johnk.blanchard503
One of the best segments you've done, especially the part about not needing to own something to love and enjoy it.

I couldn’t help noticing you had a Jean Redpath CD in your box. When I was at primary school (here in Scotland), my teacher took our class out one day to Stirling to meet Jean and hear her sing. Just a small intimate group of Jean and the class. Perhaps my teacher knew her. I don’t think I realised at the time how much a privilege it was, but I do remember the day with such clarity - singing mainly songs by Robert Burns, it was the first time I’d heard a voice resonate powerfully and with such warmth.

When you live and are present in every moment, life is full of beauty. And now we all know that your inner conversations have accents. My mother had a brass ship's candle that swung so it was always upright. And only beeswax candles were allowed❤ I must admit that I borrowed some when I started making pysanky. I love spending time in your life, it makes me think about mine and take a breath and remember.
  • Beautiful philosophy—yes, detachment—appreciation of beauty but not necessarily ownership, is the key to happiness in life. Cheers to the beauty of function 🥂
  • @seekthao
I love how much this man loves and insists on having only pretty things ❤❤

I love your videos! Sipping tea and watching Rajiv with candles lit, sowing seeds in my tiny container garden, and loving all inspiration and peace you put out for us all. 🤗 from Texas!

I admire his honesty, he is admitting that there are plastic, but he is hiding it, and it's because of aesthetics. Thanks for being so candid.

The true beauty of this way of life is its sustainability

Rajiv a man of many talents. A rare find nowadays. Laid back but yet fulfilling. Tq for sharing your life.
  • @gwencrosswhite9329
Simply enchanting. I agree with your wisdom…no need to own. Your friend has the opportunity to share this sanctuary with you and you have the opportunity to receive and enhance it ❤
