As a Turk: we don't really eat at Nüsret's restaurants, they're too overpriced for locals; and while the food is good, you can get the same or better quality burgers/steak elsewhere. His shops are basically for tourists and foreigners, and that's fine. It's a quality burger, but no extra frills beyond the Instagram bait performed by the servers. Is it worth the price? Not in Turkey, but - as mentioned previously - it isn't priced for Turks. Let people enjoy what they enjoy!

You have to cook burgers through because burgers are made with minced meat, meaning any germs that were on the outside of the meat, is now in every part of it. The only way to get rid of all the germs is to fully cook it... whereas steak is different, the germs are only outside, cook the outside and you can eat it

Top marks for originality, Danny. Not as expensive as expected. Saltbae completely screwed his reputation up on the pitch at the World Cup Final. The look on Messi's face seeing him with the world cup in his hands was priceless, though. Haha

Went to the exact same restraunt next to Galata Tower, the Burgers was great and good value. If that was in rip off Britain, that'll cost over £30 easy.
